Optimal Hospice offers free grief support group every Wednesday from 1:30 to 3:00 pm. Whether you come once a month or every week...we let you set the pace. We are here to answer your questions regarding grief or hospice care in general. An all-area grief support flyer can be mailed or faxed at your request.
Our grief support groups are always free, open to the community, with no pre-registration required.
