The ASB Leadership Class at Kern Valley High School chose “Rev it up!” as the theme for this school year. The idea is to encourage all students and staff to have a little more spirit, to get involved a little more, to push a little more on the academics, to get a little more out this school year, to raise our CST and CAHSEE scores a little more. On the first day of school the front of the school was decorated with racing pendants and checkered flags. All staff members and administration wore their “Rev it up!” shirts to let the students know they support the theme. ASB Student Council members were out in front of school welcoming new and returning students with the theme and letting everyone know that it is time to “Start your engines!.”  The new school year is here.
