Listen to customers

We spent four lovely days at Christmas back in Kernville with family, and thoroughly enjoyed the lights and decorations. Especially Circle Park, which seemed to emulate the community spirit we enjoyed while living there for 27 years.

We now bank with Alta One from Santa Maria by phone and direct deposit. But I can only imagine the hardship and frustration so many customers will experience, if in fact the Kernville branch closes soon. Riverkern to Lake Isabella? Burma Road to Isabella? R-Ranch to Isabella? And all the Kernville merchants and customers? Even the library figured a way to continue to serve these communities during a hard economy!

I signed a petition while in town, and encourage every person affected to do the same. How can the management possibly ignore so much of their present customer base?
