Kern Valley Hospital a joke?

Well my little sis and her friend were in a car accident just a few days ago. They were taken to the hosptial by Care. Got great treatment from them. But when it came to the hospital they got very very poor treatment.

My little sister does not have health insurance. They wanted to charge her 200 up front. Wait a min..... Dont they have a policy that says they will treat you no matter if you have the ablity to pay or not? Well they denided her treatment. They both hit their heads really hard, hard enough to break the glass out of her back window of her truck.

Yet they did not do xrays on her. They made her get up and walk and said your ok you can go home. You can have an injury and not know it and need treatment for it. With her addrinlane going like it was she might not of felt all her pain. But they just send her home.

They are getting really bad out there. This in not the only time they have given someone I know bad treatment. One of this times was my own son. what can we do about this????
