Hindsight is 20/20

It is regrettable that a quote in last week's article reporting the death of Ben Gaylord was included in the story. Even though the quote from the neighbor, who along with his wife found Ben's body, was accurate, its inclusion in the article was unfortunate and insensitive. Ben's family, you have enough grief; we apologize for adding to it.

" Wow, this is the first time I've ever seen anybody at the Sun actually ADMIT they maybe messed up. All of that is beside the point however. Ben's family doesn't deserve any of this, the last ting we should do is continue to bring it up. Kudos to Cathy for finally owning up to her own shortcomings. "

    Thank you. "

" Thanks to both Marsha and Cathy for "manning up" and admitting to error....nice change of recent! Keep it up and you will have an accountable newspaper again! I agree....now let it go, you people who complain! "
